Business Development Leader
Crush Solar is seeking a Business Development Leader (Biz Dev) to join our award winning team. Crush treats this position as the lifeblood of the company and holds the Biz Dev position in the highest of regards.
You will be working with partners throughout our ecosystem to close deals, increasing our footprint nationwide, and making our business more resilient. Your responsibility is to evaluate partners on the merits and alignment with our business goals, and mission. We don’t want to work with just any partner. If you are a motivated person who wants to work for a great company, make a good living, and expand your talents and business network, then this is the job for you!
There is no solar experience required, but we look for a track record of getting business development deals done.
Compensation:
Salary is between $50,000 - $75,000 per year, with an annual bonus up to 50% - 100% depending on milestones met and company growth.
Responsibilities:
Evaluating the partner eco-system and deciding which partners we should engage.
Finding effective ways to reach the decision makers at different partners.
Lead contract negotiations and structure deals that add value to both partners and to Crush.
Implement the deals until they reach the proposed goals as defined in the agreement with the partner.
Requirements:
Previous business development experience necessary.
Great communication skills.
Ability to think like a business owner, and make sense of deals as if you were a CEO.
